Procedure: Breast implant exchange saline to silicone and breast lift

Details: Patient had a previous breast augmentation with 500cc saline implants. She had a rupture of her implants. She wished for silicone implants and a breast lift. We removed her implants and placed 405cc smooth cohesive moderate profile silicone implants under the muscle and performed a breast lift. The before photo shows her deflated implants.
