Details: Patient had a previous breast augmentation with 500cc silicone implants above the muscle. She wished for smaller breast with a lift. We removed her implants and placed 295cc smooth cohesive moderate profile silicone implants under the muscle and performed a circumvertical (lollipop) lift.

Details: Patient had 500cc saline implants placed many years ago. We aspirated the saline a week before her surgery which is the “Before’ photo. She then underwent removal of the implants, a breast lift and 600 cc of fat was grafted into each breast. She also underwent liposuction to obtain the grafted fat.

We removed her implants and placed 405cc smooth cohesive moderate profile silicone implants under the muscle and performed a breast lift. The before photo shows her deflated implants.
